REFUNDS & RETURNS

In-Store Purchases (Indonesia)

For purchases made at our physical store in Indonesia, refunds are not available, as customers have the opportunity to personally inspect, try on, and verify the quality of items before completing their purchase.

Returns at the physical store are accepted within 3 days of purchase only under the following conditions:

• the item is unused and in original condition

• the original receipt is provided

• the reason for return is an incorrect size

In such cases, Reference Concept Store offers an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.

All other cases remain at the discretion of store management.

Online Purchases

For purchases made through our official website, return requests may be submitted within 14 days from the original purchase date.

To initiate a return:

1. Complete the Return Form.

2. Send it to: referenceconceptstore@gmail.com

3. Use the subject line: “REFUND”.

4. Clearly state the reason for return and attach supporting photos.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.

Returned items must be received by Reference Concept Store within 14 days after return approval.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• be unworn

• be in original condition

• have all original tags attached

• not be washed, altered, or damaged

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.

Reference Concept Store is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• swim bottoms

• one-piece swimsuits

• lingerie

• earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings)

• jewelry items that come into direct contact with the body

• made-to-order items

• items purchased during promotions or sale

Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international purchases, customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Reference Concept Store is not responsible for customs clearance delays, additional charges, or local import regulations.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to Indonesia, all return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, and related expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.

According to customs regulations, we cannot declare orders as gifts or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price. All shipments must be declared at their full value in compliance with Indonesian law.
